Service Updates. From time to time, SkySync may provide upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for the Services to its customers generally without additional charge (“Updates”), and such Updates will become part of the Services and subject to this Agreement; provided that SkySync shall have no obligation under this Agreement or otherwise to provide any such Updates. Customer understands that SkySync may cease supporting old versions or releases of the Services at any time in its sole discretion; provided that SkySync shall use commercially reasonable efforts to give Customer sixty (60) days prior notice of any major changes.
