Common use of Service Relationship Clause in Contracts

Service Relationship. For purposes of this Agreement, the Director shall be considered to be in service to the Company as long as the Director remains a Director, a Consultant, or an Employee (as those terms are defined in the Plan). Nothing in the adoption of the Plan, nor the award of the Restricted Shares thereunder pursuant to this Agreement, shall confer upon the Director the right to continued service by or with the Company.

Service Relationship. For purposes of this Agreement, the Director shall be considered to be in service providing services to the Company as long as the Director remains a Director, a Consultant, or an Employee (as those terms are defined in member of the Plan)Board of Directors of the Company. Nothing in the adoption of the Plan, nor the award of the Restricted Shares thereunder pursuant to this Agreement, shall confer upon the Director the right to continued service by continue providing serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company or with affect in any way the right of the Company to terminate such membership at any time, subject to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation and By-laws.

Nothing in the adoption of the Plan, nor the award of the Restricted Shares thereunder pursuant to this Agreement, shall confer upon the Director the right to continued service by or with the Company.
