Common use of Service Mxxx Clause in Contracts

Service Mxxx. The service mxxx of the Trust and the name “Conestoga Funds” (and derivatives thereof) have been licensed to the Trust by the Adviser and their continued use is subject to the right of the Adviser to withdraw this permission in the event the Adviser is not the investment adviser to the Trust.
