Common use of Service Mark Clause in Contracts

Service Mark. The service mark of the Trust and the name “Victory” (and derivatives thereof) have been licensed to the Trust by the Adviser, pursuant to a License Agreement, and their continued use is subject to the right of the Adviser to withdraw this permission under the License Agreement in the event the Adviser or an affiliate of the Adviser is not the investment adviser to the Trust.
