Service Mark. The service mark ox xxe Company and xxx name "Victory" (and derivatives thereof) have been licensed to the Company by KeyCorp, through its subsidiary Key Trust Company ("Key Trust"), an affiliate of the Adviser, pursuant to a License Agreement dated June 21, 1993, and their continued use is subject to the right of Key Trust to withdraw this permission under the License Agreement in the event the Adviser or another subsidiary of KeyCorp is not the investment adviser to the Company.
Service Mark. The service mark of the Compxxx and the name "Xxxxory" (and derivatives thereof) have been licensed to the Company by KeyCorp, through its subsidiary Key Trust Company ("Key Trust"), an affiliate of the Adviser, pursuant to a License Agreement dated June 21, 1993, and their continued use is subject to the right of Key Trust to withdraw this permission under the License Agreement in the event the Adviser or another subsidiary of KeyCorp is not the investment adviser to the Company.
Service Mark. The service mark of xxx Fund and the Sxxxxs and the name "Aetna" have been adopted by the Fund with the permission of Aetna Services, Inc. (formerly known as Aetna Life and Casualty Company) and their continued use is subject to the right of Aetna Services, Inc. to withdraw this permission in the event the Adviser or another affiliated corporation of Aetna Services, Inc. should not be the investment adviser of the Series.

The service mark of txx Xrust and the nxxx "The Victory Variable Insurance Funds" (and derivatives thereof) have been licensed to the Trust by KeyCorp, an affiliate of the Adviser, pursuant to a License Agreement, and their continued use is subject to the right of KeyCorp to withdraw this permission under the License Agreement in the event the Adviser or another subsidiary of KeyCorp is not the investment adviser to the Trust.

Service Mark. RSIM, as the owner of the sexxxxe mark "Robertson, Stephens Diversifixx Grxxxx", xas xxxxxxensed the Robertson, Stephens Diversified Grxxxx Xxxtfoxxx xx include the words "Robertson, Stephens" and "Diversifiex Xxxxxx" xx xxxx of its corporate name, subject to revocation by RSC in the event that the Portfolio ceases to engage RSIM or its affiliates as sub-adviser. The Portfolio will be required upon demand of RSIM to change its corporate name to delete the words "Robertson, Stephens" and "Diversifiex Xxxxxx" xxxxxxxxm. This Agreement will thereupon automatically terminate and a new contract will, at such time, be submitted to a vote of the shareholders of the Portfolio.
Service Mark. Participant agrees to abide by posted Carpet Label Standards Guides, Carpet Testing Brand Standards, Logo/Label (Service Mark) Usage Guidelines and all subsequent updates, addendums, annexes, and revisions to the documents (collectively, the “Service Mark Guide”). The Service Mark Guide will be posted and available on the CRI website. Participants will be notified of changes to the Service Mark Guide via email or postal mail. Signed acknowledgment of receipt of these notifications is required.
Service Mark. Distinctive mark or marks owned or controlled by the Point-Of-Sale network(s) that identify the Network.
Service Mark. The service mark of xxx Trust and the xxxx "Simms" (and derivatives txxxxxf) have been licensed to the Trust by the Adviser and their continued use is subject to the right of the Adviser to withdraw this permission in the event the Adviser is not the investment adviser to the Trust.
