Service Level Appendix. This appendix contains the Service Level Agreement (SLA) that define the performance criteria and performance objectives to which Time Warner Cable will be held accountable for the service. The purpose of the SLA is to convey a sense of quality for the service to the customer and affirm commitment for the product.
