Service Fee Changes Sample Clauses

The Service Fee Changes clause defines the process and conditions under which the fees for services provided under an agreement may be modified. Typically, this clause outlines how and when the service provider can adjust fees, such as requiring advance written notice to the client or specifying a review period for fee changes. Its core function is to provide transparency and predictability regarding potential cost adjustments, helping both parties manage expectations and avoid disputes over unexpected fee increases.
