Common use of Service Fee and Payment Clause in Contracts

Service Fee and Payment. 2.1 By considering the contents of specific services provided and the target of service, Party A may determine, in its discretion, a fair service fee and proper payment arrangement according to the income and student number of Party B and Subsidiaries of Party B in a fixed period.
