Common use of Service Bulletins (SB) Incorporation Clause in Contracts

Service Bulletins (SB) Incorporation. During the Revision Service Period and upon the Buyer’s request for incorporation of Seller Service Bulletin information into the Technical Data, such information shall be incorporated into the Technical Data for the Buyer’s Aircraft after formal notification by the Buyer of its intention to accomplish a Service Bulletin. The split effectivity for the corresponding Service Bulletin shall remain in the Technical Data until notification from the Buyer that embodiment has been completed on all of the Buyer’s Aircraft. The foregoing is applicable for Technical Data relating to maintenance only. For operational Technical Data either the pre or post Service Bulletin status shall be shown.

The foregoing is applicable for Technical Data relating to maintenance only. For operational Technical Data either the pre or post Service Bulletin status shall will be shown.
