Aircraft Identification for Technical Data. For the Technical Data that is customized to the Aircraft and/or operations listed below, the Buyer agrees to the allocation of Fleet Serial Numbers (FSNs) in the form of a block of numbers selected in the range from 001 to 999. The sequence will be interrupted only if two (2) different Propulsion Systems or different Aircraft models are selected. The Buyer will indicate to the Seller the FSNs corresponding to the Aircraft as listed in Clause 9 of this Agreement within forty-five (45) days after execution of this Agreement. The allocation of FSNs to such Aircraft will not constitute any proprietary, insurable or other interest of the Buyer in any Aircraft before delivery of and payment for Aircraft as provided in this Agreement. For purposes of this Clause 14.2, the customized Technical Data are: -Aircraft Maintenance Manual and associated products -Illustrated Parts Catalog -Trouble Shooting Manual -Aircraft Wiring Manual -Aircraft Schematics Manual -Aircraft Wiring Lists Spirit Airlines - A320 FAMILY – PA 50
