SERVER USAGE. Font Software is expressly for and limited to the number of total users licensed under this agreement. E.G. The total number of users who could use the Font Software, not the total number of users who might have access to the Font Software at any one time. Font Software may be utilised within file or data distribution servers so that employees may access from a central location.

SERVER USAGE. You may install TrackPro on a server for networked usage by unlimited users provided that you obtain a separate server license. Each such license is valid for only one server be it physical or virtual.
SERVER USAGE. Web site hosting service accounts are defined as those facilities provided to support and host the Customer’s web site. Accounts are to be used by the customer/account holder only. Account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their web site to other parties. Exceptions to this include links, ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads. Discover Me Design reserves the right to refuse hosting services to anyone should it decide that the account has been used inappropriately or otherwise. Discover Me Design will not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers or its hosting partner’s servers: ▪ Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any International, National, or Local Government regulation. ▪ Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Discover Me Design. ▪ Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
SERVER USAGE. Customers shall not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Customers may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other accounts, computer systems or networks, through hacking, password mining or any other means. Axac Solutions reserves the right at all times to disclose any information to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the sole discretion of Axac Solutions. Axac Solutions servers CANNOT be used for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or handling in any way of lewd, obscene, adult OR pornographic material, or any other material which is considered impermissible by the company including, but not limited to - pornography, adult materials, satanic materials, and any other materials of an adult nature. Customers are prohibited from transmitting on or through any of Axac Solutions' facilities, any material that is, in Axac Solutions' sole discretion, unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law, statute or regulation. Each hosting account can take advantage of up to 10% of the CPU power for no longer than 60 seconds at any given time. Axac Solutions may suspend customer accounts in cases of registered impact on other accounts on the server or disturbance caused to the functioning of the server. If we do suspend an account, then its owner will be notified of that in consistence with the situation that this suspension may provoke. Then the account's owner may be required to upgrade to a dedicated or semi-dedicated hosting solution. Possible alternative is a required reduction in the load and traffic that the customer's account gets. Axac Solutions reserves the right to block files or scripts that use CPU exceedingly and notify the Customer. Any Customer in violation of system or network security is subject to criminal and civil liability, as well as immediate account termination. Examples include, but are not limited to the following: Unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of a systems security or authentication measures, data or traffic.   • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.

  • Leave Usage Full shift absences on vacation, sick leave, compensating time off, or holiday in lieu taken by employees on scheduled ten-hour workshifts shall result in the deduction of ten (10) hours from employees’ accrued leave balances.

  • Excess Usage If during a Billing Period, In Energy is greater than zero (0), then Excess Usage for that Billing Period will be calculated.
