Server-Side Encryption. The parties will discuss in good faith the feasibility of implementing a mechanism to provide encryption of Included Programs on the server side; provided, however, unless otherwise agreed by Amazon in writing, Amazon shall have no obligation to implement any such mechanism or encryption.
