Common use of Server Condition Clause in Contracts

Server Condition. Bank shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the server it will use to host the Program Website to (i) be in good operating condition and current with evolving technologies, (ii) contain sufficient operating capability to allow unlimited access to the Program Website, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week, and (iii) operate and allow access without interruption.

Server Condition. The Bank shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the server it will use to host the Program Website to (i) be in good operating condition and current with evolving technologies, (ii) contain sufficient operating capability to allow unlimited access to the Program Website, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, and (iii) operate and allow access without interruption, subject to scheduled maintenance as set forth on Schedule 7.2(a).
