The Series Supplement 1996-B1 to be executed and delivered by the Lessee and the Pass Through Trustee or the Series Supplement 1996-B2 to be executed and delivered by the Lessee and the Pass Through Trustee, in each case as such Series Supplement may be modified, supplemented or amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof and "Series Supplements" means both such Series Supplements.
