Series Disclaimer. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the Customer is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Frontier Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the " Trust") and that the Trust is organized in series pursuant to Sections 3804(a) and 3806(b)(2) of the Delaware Statutory Trust Act. As such, the debts, liabilities, obligations and expenses incurred, contracted for or otherwise existing with respect to each series of the Trust shall be enforceable against the assets of such series of the Trust only, and not against the assets of the Trust generally or the assets of any other series of the Trust or against the Trustee of the Trust. There may be several series of the Trust created pursuant to the Declaration of Trust and Trust Agreement of the Trust.
