Series C Preferred Units. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Company and Operating Partnership shall be permitted to comply with Sections 7(b) (Redemption in Connection with a Fundamental Change) and 7(c) (Redemption Notice) of the Certificate of Designations.
