Separation Pay. 23.1. When an Employee leaves City employment, they shall be paid in full on the payroll covering the last day they actually worked for their salary due, plus the value of accumulated vacation time, personal leave, and unused compensatory time off earned, such value to be calculated based on their Basic Hourly Rate at the time of their separation from employment.
