SEPARATION OF. DEPARTMENTS In acting as Agent and/or Arranger for the Banks, the agency department of each of the Agents and the Arrangers shall be treated as a separate entity from any other of its divisions or departments and, notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause 34, in the event that an Agent or, as the case may be, an Arranger should act for any member of the Group in any capacity in relation to any other matter, any information given by such member of the Group to such Agent or, as the case may be, such Arranger in such other capacity may be treated as confidential by such Agent or, as the case may be, such Arranger and shall not constitute actual knowledge of any matter for the purposes of Clause 34.2.
