Separation Duties. For a period of eighteen (18) months following the Termination Date, you hereby agree that you will cooperate with and assist the Company with any questions on work or communications you performed during your employment period. The Company will pay you for your time and assistance under the terms of a separate consulting agreement (“S▇▇▇▇▇▇ Consulting Agreement”) to be executed in conjunction with this Agreement.
