Separately Metered Utilities. All Utilities will be separately metered for the Premises and Tenant shall cause all Utilities to be billed directly to Tenant by the applicable providers. To the extent actions are required by Landlord to cause all Utilities to be placed in the name of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to perform such actions within ten (10) days after the Lease Date.
