Common use of Separate Reporting Clause in Contracts

Separate Reporting. Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 118.40(2x)(2)(b)2.h., if Grantee is authorized to operate more than one Charter School under this Contract, it shall direct each Governance Board to provide the Office with separate reports for each Charter School authorized hereunder.
