Separate Proceedings. Except for any separate proceeding brought by Tenant under the provisions of Subparagraph 9.1.3, Landlord shall be entitled to conduct any such condemnation proceeding and any settlement thereof free of interference from Tenant, and Tenant hereby waives any right which it otherwise has to participate therein.
