Inconsistent Laws Clause Samples
Inconsistent Laws. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Act or the Agreement and the provisions of any other law, the provisions of this Act and the Agreement prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Inconsistent Laws. To the extent permitted, any Law which is contrary to or otherwise inconsistent with any provision of this Lease, or otherwise affects the operation of this Lease, is excluded.
Inconsistent Laws. If any provision of the Master Terms or any Service Agreement is or should become inconsistent with applicable law or regulation, such provision shall be deemed to be rescinded or modified in accordance therewith, and in all other respects the Master Terms and any applicable Service Agreement shall continue and remain in full force and effect.
Inconsistent Laws. Tenant hereby waives any right under applicable laws which is inconsistent with the terms of this Section 8.
