Separate Form. The foregoing appointment is self operative but, in confirmation thereof, each Limited Partner hereby agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the General Partner, promptly upon request therefor by the General Partner, a power of attorney in recordable form satisfactory to the General Partner evidencing the foregoing appointment.
