Separability; Severability. Unless expressly provided in this Agreement, the rights of each part under this Agreement are several rights, not rights jointly held. If any provision of this Agreement is judicially determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
