Common use of Separability; Severability Clause in Contracts

Separability; Severability. Unless expressly provided in this Agreement, the rights of each Purchaser under this Agreement are several rights, not rights jointly held with any other Purchaser. Any invalidity, illegality or limitation on the enforceability of this Agreement with respect to any Purchaser shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of this Agreement with respect to the other Purchaser. If any provision of this Agreement is judicially determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
