Sentinel Event Reporting and Management. The Contractor shall, in cooperation with OCCM, implement a Sentinel Event management program. Upon the occurrence of a Sentinel Event the Contractor may, pursuant to Exhibit C, Section 3 (“Work Without an SWO”), initiate Work prior to receiving an SWO.
