Common use of Sentinel Event Reporting and Management Clause in Contracts

Sentinel Event Reporting and Management. ‌ The Contractor shall, in cooperation with Facility Services, implement a Sentinel Event management program. Upon the occurrence of a Sentinel Event the Contractor may, pursuant to Exhibit D, Section 4 (“Work Without a TO”), initiate Work prior to receiving a TO. At the discretion of the Project Manager, Work on the Sentinel Event may be continued as a Cost Plus TO.
