The SENSITIVE SERVICES clause defines and regulates the handling of services that involve confidential, regulated, or high-risk information or activities. SENSITIVE SERVICES. Service Provider shall make all scheduled tax payments accurately and in a timely manner. Service Provider shall also accurately disburse funds on behalf of Recipient to vendors and employees in accordance with the appropriate vendor terms and employee payrolls provided by Recipient. Service Provider shall repay Recipient any erroneous payment, interest or penalty resulting from an inaccurate or late payment under this section attributable solely to it but its cumulative liability under this section in any service year shall not exceed $10,000. Service Provider shall be subrogated to Recipient's rights to the extent of any repayment and Recipient shall cooperate with Service Provider in seeking reimbursement from any tax authority, vendor or employee who shall have received an inaccurate or misdirected disbursement
SENSITIVE SERVICES. Covered Services related to mental or behavioral health, sexual and reproductive health, sexually transmitted infections, substance use disorder, gender affirming care, and intimate partner violence, and includes Covered Services described in Sections 6924, 6925, 6926, 6927, 6928, 6929, and 6930 of the Family Code, and Sections 121020 and 124260 of the Health and Safety Code, obtained by a Member with the capacity to legally consent to the specific Covered Service.
SENSITIVE SERVICES. The Contractor will implement and maintain procedures to ensure ready access to Sensitive Services for adult and adolescent Members. Adolescent Members will be able to access Sensitive Services without parental consent and through a provider other than the Primary Care Physician if so requested. Adults will be able to access Sensitive Services in a timely manner and without barriers such as Prior Authorization requirements.
SENSITIVE SERVICES. Contractor shall implement and maintain procedures to ensure confidentiality and ready access to Sensitive Services for all Members including minors. Members shall be able to access Sensitive Services in a timely manner and without barriers such as Prior Authorization requirements. Contractor shall develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures for treatment of HIV infection and AIDS. These policies and procedures shall be submitted to DHS no later that three months after the effective date of the Contract. Contractor shall submit any changes in the policies and procedures to DHS at least 30 calendar days prior to their implementation.
