Common use of SENIORITY ROLLS Clause in Contracts

SENIORITY ROLLS. The Company shall furnish an accurate seniority roll showing the status of all employees covered by this Agreement, a copy of said roll shall be given to the Shop Committee on request. The Company will also notify the Union in writing of hiring, discharging, rehiring, furloughing, and transferring of each and every employee, in order to keep the above mentioned seniority roll up to date.
