Seniority Pool. Employees who have received notice of lay off shall form a pool and be ranked in order of seniority. At all times, the most senior employee in the pool is the first to identify their preference for bumping, lay-off or placement; as more junior employees are bumped, they are added to the pool and ranked in order of seniority to identify the order for indicating their preference.
