Senior Health Program. Physician shall be paid at an on-call coverage availability rate of One Hundred Ninety-Five and No/100 Dollars ($195.00) for each Coverage Shift (defined as 5:00 p.m. Friday to 8:00 a.m. Monday), or prorated portion thereof. Physician shall be paid at on on- call coverage availability rate of Sixty-Five and No/100 Dollars ($65.00) per twenty-four hour period of coverage for holidays, to the extent such holiday does not fall during a Coverage Shift. Physician shall be compensated Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($50.00) per hour for professional clinical services requiring face to face encounters.
