Semi-Annually. Shall be every six (6)-months. All work to be performed on a semi-annual period basis shall be performed during the third week of the first month of the semi-annual period. The first semi-annual period shall commence upon the effective date of the Agreement and all subsequent semi-annual periods shall commence on six (6)-months intervals thereafter.
Semi-Annually. The first day of the Plan Year or the first day of the seventh month of the Plan Year on or next following the date the individual became an Eligible Employee.
Semi-Annually. Clean all glass windows, partitions and glass entrance doors inside and outside. Glass entrance doors and windows shall be free of traces of film, dirt, smudges, water spots or any other foreign substance.

Semi-Annually. Wash all windows, venetian blinds, light fixtures, walls and painted surfaces.
Semi-Annually. Vacuum Venetian blinds: Contractor shall vacuum and clean all venetian blinds.
Semi-Annually. 4.5.8.5.1. Clean all carpet floors with hot water extraction.
Semi-Annually. Wash all windows, window blinds, light fixtures, walls, and painted surfaces.
