Semi-Annual Report. For three years starting the first January 31st after Project Completion, the Awardee must submit the following information utilizing RUS’s online broadband collection system: (i) new equipment and capacity enhancements that support high-speed broadband access for educational institutions, health care providers, and public safety service providers; (ii) the estimated number of end users who are currently using or forecasted to use the new or upgraded infrastructure; (iii) the progress towards fulfilling the objectives for which the assistance was granted; (iv) the number and geospatial location of residences and businesses that will receive new broadband service, existing network service improvements, and facility upgrades; (v) the speed and price of the borrower’s broadband service offerings; (vi) the average price of broadband service in the borrower’s service area; and (vii) the average price of broadband service in the Project’s service area.
