Common use of Selling/Re-letting the Property Clause in Contracts

Selling/Re-letting the Property. The Tenant must permit the Landlord or Property Manager to view the Property with prospective Tenants or purchasers during reasonable hours of the day. The Landlord or Property Manager will give the Tenant 24 hours’ notice. If the Tenant is unable or unwilling to be at the Property for the appointment time, we may enter using keys held by the Landlord, Property Manager or agent. During the period of re-letting or selling of the Property a ‘To Let’ or ‘For Sale’ board may be erected at the Property. Where the Property is tenanted by students then access to students on release days will be required.
