Selling Price. If the actual Apartment Use Area difference exceeds ± 0.01% (plus/minus zero point zero one percent) compared to the Apartment Use Area stated in this Contract, the Apartment Selling Price will be adjusted according to the actual measured Apartment Use Area upon handing over of the Apartment.
