Appointment to Market and Distribute. You acknowledge and agree that the Bank may be appointed by Managers and/or Fund to market and distribute the Units upon such terms and conditions as the Bank may agree with the Managers and/or Fund. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, you irrevocably and unconditionally consent and agree to the Bank acting in such capacity.
