Common use of Selling Price Clause in Contracts

Selling Price. 15. Each sale by me/us to the Bank of the gold in a MGIA shall be at the purchase price quoted by the Bank to me/us at the time of such transaction. The purchase price so quoted shall be determined by the Bank at the Bank’s sole and absolute discretion taking into account all factors the Bank shall deem relevant including the prevailing world and local market conditions for gold, the exchange rate between United States Dollar and Malaysian Ringgit and the gold fineness. A sale will be made during the Business Day upon receipt by the Bank of my/our order for sale and an order for sale will only be accepted by the Bank if placed by me/us on a Business Day. Settlement for a sale shall be completed by way of cash in Malaysian Ringgit, cheque or an immediate direct credit of my/our current or saving account in Malaysian Ringgit with the Bank and this Agreement together with the duly executed order for sale shall be conclusive and binding in respect of the sale.
