Common use of Selling, etc Clause in Contracts

Selling, etc. (whether or not the Security Trustee shall have made such entry or taken possession as aforesaid) sell, assign, call in, collect and convert into money the Charged Assets or any part thereof, or any interest therein, free from this Deed and any other estate, interests and rights to which this Deed has priority, with full power to sell the Charged Assets or any part thereof or any interest therein, either together or in parcels, and either by public auction or by public tender or by private tender or by private contract or a combination thereof and with such stipulations as to title, or evidence of commencement of title or otherwise, in such manner and subject to such conditions as the Security Trustee shall think fit, and either for a lump sum, or for a sum to be paid by instalments, or for a sum on account and subject to a charge or other security for the balance, and with full power to give any option to purchase the Charged Assets or any part thereof or any interest therein, or to buy in or rescind or vary any contract of sale of the Charged Assets or any part thereof or any interest therein, and to re-sell the same without being responsible for any loss which may be occasioned thereby, with power for the Security Trustee to grant any rights, easements or privileges as the Security Trustee shall in its absolute discretion think fit, and with full power to compromise and effect compositions, and for the purposes aforesaid, or any of them, to execute and do all such assurances and things as the Security Trustee shall think fit;
