Seller's Obligation to Pay Carrying Costs. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Seller on each Determination Date of the Carrying Costs for the preceding Collection Period. On the related Payment Date, the Seller shall pay to the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds an amount equal to such Carrying Costs for deposit by the Administrative Agent to the Carrying Costs Account.
