Seller’s Notice of Verification Date. Seller shall provide at least thirty (30) days prior Notice to Buyer of the date selected by Seller (“Verification Date”), which Verification Date shall be no later than thirty (30) days following the Term Start Date, during which Seller intends to allow Buyer access to the Site and all records or reports to verify the Contract Capacity. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller shall make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Verification Date.
