Seller’s Notice of Demonstration Date. Seller shall provide at least thirty (30) days prior Notice to Buyer of the date selected by Seller (“Demonstration Date”) during which Seller intends to demonstrate the Nameplate Capacity. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller shall make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Demonstration Date.
