Seller Use of Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities Upon Termination. Not withstanding that all Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities are the property of the Company, upon termination of the Interconnection Agreement, the Company shall identify any equipment paid for by the Seller that can feasibly be returned to the Seller. If Seller desires such equipment, Seller shall pay for the removal of the equipment and the restoration of the Company System to the Company’s satisfaction.
