Seller or Master Servicer to File Reports Pursuant to Securities Exchange Act. Each Seller and the Master Servicer are hereby authorized by the Trustee to file on behalf of the Trust all reports required to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any exchange or association of securities dealers pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or any rules or regulations thereunder. The Trustee shall not be obligated to file on behalf of the Trust any such reports described in the preceding sentence.
