Self-Operating. These provisions are self-operating. However, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall promptly execute and deliver any documents needed to confirm this arrangement and such other commercially reasonable terms as required by a mortgagee provided such document also confirms ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s right of non-disturbance so long as it is not in default.
