Self-Help. If either party defaults (Defaulting Party), the other party (Non-defaulting Party) may, without being obligated and without waiving the Default, cure the Default. The Non-defaulting Party may enter the Premises or Building to cure the Default. The Defaulting Party shall pay the Non-defaulting Party, upon demand, all costs, expenses, and disbursements incurred by the Non-defaulting Party to cure the Default.
