Self-Evaluation Narrative Guide. The following appendices should not only serve to guide ET discussions, but also as a guide for the self-evaluation narrative. The evaluatee should consider these professional responsibilities in conjunction with what has been emphasized throughout the year in working with the ET and what the evaluatee might want to work on for the future.
