Selections. In the event that any selection or determination is to be made by Grantee hereunder and at the time of such selection or determination there is more than one Grantee, such selection shall be made by a majority in interest of such Grantees.
Selections. During the framing stage of the house Buyer shall meet with a representative of Seller and select the following items: (a) paint colors for both interior and exterior of the dwelling; (b) cabinet wood species and color; (c) flooring materials; (d) countertops and hard surfaces, as per the Standards and Specifications attached hereto. Once selections are made and approved by both parties all selections shall become final. Selections to be done within ten (10) days of notification of the selection meeting.

Buyer(s) shall be permitted to make, as is reasonably possible and where Xxxxx(s) has a choice, selections of color, feature, style and material for the Home by mortgage commitment date or within eighteen (18) days after the effective date of this Contract, whichever occurs first. If these selections are not made within such time, Buyer(s) hereby authorizes Contractor to make such selections for the Property as Contractor deems advisable. In the event Buyer(s) makes selections, requests, changes or orders “extras” which result in a net increase in cost (excess of charges over credits), the additional cost shall be paid in full and in cash by Xxxxx(s) to Contractor at the time such selections or requests are made, and such selections or requests shall not be deemed to have been made unless and until payment therefor is received by Contractor. If Buyer(s) defaults or in any way terminates this Agreement, including the invocation of any statutory right to do so, such payments are not and shall not be refundable, whether or not the subject selections or changes are wholly or partially executed, and any such payments so retained by Contractor shall be separate from and in addition to liquidated damages, if any, as defined elsewhere in this Agreement. If selections or requests made by Buyer(s) result in a net credit (excess of credits over charges), such credit shall be applied to reduce the balance due from Buyer(s) at closing.
Selections a. Application to be a Mentor/Facilitator for the succeeding school year should be made by May 1st to the building principal on the appropriate form.
Selections. Options and color selections must be selected by Buyer within two (2) weeks of a fully executed Agreement of Sale. Should Buyer fail to make options and color selections, Seller is hereby irrevocably authorized to proceed with the installation of materials of a color and design selected by Seller within the prescribed allowance as set forth in the Specifications.
Selections a. A mentor teacher shall be assigned to a resident educator with consideration given to common grade level, content area, and building. Should no mentor be available in the area of certification/licensure, a mentor from in the grade level or subject area most closely related to that of the resident educator may be assigned.
Selections. Selections shall be made by the Resident Educator Committee not later than September 15 or within twenty (20) days of hire for a teacher hired after the start of the school year. A Mentor Teacher shall be assigned to a Resident Educator with certification/licensure in the same grade level or subject area. Should no Mentor be available in the same area of certification/licensure, the Committee may assign a Mentor from the grade level or subject area most closely related to that of the resident educator. Teachers with Master Teacher designation shall be encouraged to be trained and serve as Mentor Teachers.

Selections. Selection shall be made collaboratively between the Lead Mentor and administration. No Mentor shall have more than one (1) Resident Educator at a time;
Selections. Selection shall be made by the Lead Mentor with approval from district administration. No Mentor shall have more than one first year Resident Educator at a time.
