Common use of Selection Planning Clause in Contracts

Selection Planning. A plan for the selection of consultants, which shall include contract cost estimates, contract packaging, and applicable selection criteria and procedures, shall be furnished to the Bank for its review and approval prior to the issuance to consultants of any request for proposals. Such plan shall be updated every 6 months during the execution of the Project, and each such updating shall be furnished to the Bank for its review and approval. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan (as updated from time to time) as shall have been approved by the Bank, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.
