Selection of Securities to be Redeemed. If fewer than all the Securities of any series are to be redeemed, the Trustee shall select the Securities of such series to be redeemed from the outstanding Securities of such series by a method that complies with the requirements of any exchange on which the Securities are listed, or, if the Securities are not listed on an exchange, on a pro rata basis or by lot or in accordance with any other method the Trustee considers fair and appropriate. The Trustee will make the selection from outstanding Securities of that series not previously called for redemption.
